GENERAL/FAQ

Orders ship within 3 business days of purchase (Monday-Sunday.) Some items may ship separately if necessary at no extra cost to you.

Prints ship in a clear sleeve carefully rolled into a sturdy tube.

Originals ship flat in a clear sleeve between sturdy corrugate.

Please note some orders may ship differently depending on the order type and size. I do my best to make sure every shipment is handled with care and shipped the best way possible.


PAYMENT

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

CANCELLATION

An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.


SHIPPING RATES

free domestic shipping
USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days after *processing)

INTERNATIONAL shipping ($15 per order)
USPS First Class International (7-21 business days after *processing)

*Processing Times: Orders normally ship within 1-3 business days.

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.

TRACKING

For domestic orders an email with USPS Priority Mail tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped.

For international orders an email with USPS First Class International tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped (please note that tracking for USPS First Class International is limited to the customs form number.)

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

I can't split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Unfortunately, I do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing. If for any reason your address information is incorrect or you'd like to change it I must receive an email notification within 24hrs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customs Fees

  • Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order.

  • These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges.

  • I'm not able to mark orders as "gifts".

  • I do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.

  • I have no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more
